Pricing questions
Do prices include VAT?
No — all prices are ex-VAT; VAT (18%) is added by law on the invoice. Clients are invoiced in ILS.
How does rollover work?
Up to 15% of unused hours in a given month roll over to the next month only, then expire. The weekly report keeps you on top of where you stand.
What if we need more hours than the package?
Overage happens only with your prior written approval, at the same hourly rate. You will never be surprised by an invoice.
And if we use less?
Packages are pre-paid — that's what the weekly report (which keeps utilization honest) and the rollover are for. If the package stays too big over time, we move you to a smaller one.
How do we exit?
With notice per the agreement, no hidden penalties. Everything — code, infrastructure, docs — is already yours from day one, so leaving is genuinely simple.
Can we get a custom package?
Yes. Some of our clients are on custom packages — we size the right scope on the fit call.
